Analytics Overview

Overview:

The Analytics section in Lolly provides brands with a comprehensive overview of their campaign performance in a clear and structured format. It presents key metrics to analyze engagement, expenses, return on investment, and other essential indicators. With all data in one place, brands can make more informed decisions and adjust their strategies effectively.

Lolly offers six different types of reports, each designed to analyze a specific aspect of campaign performance.

Types of Reports:

The Analytics dashboard includes several reports, each designed to analyze different aspects of campaign performance:
  1. Dashboard – A quick overview of key performance metrics.
  2. Campaign Performance – Tracks the success and reach of marketing campaigns.
  3. Creator Performance – Evaluates the impact and growth of creators.
  4. Content Performance – Measures content effectiveness and engagement levels.
  5. Landing Page – Monitors traffic and conversions on landing pages.
  6. Payments – Manages transactions and payment history.

Dashboard:

Lolly provides two types of campaign dashboards: Pay Per Post / UGC and Performance Based. Each dashboard is tailored to track the relevant metrics for these campaign types.

The Pay Per Post / UGC dashboard provides key insights into the campaign’s progress and engagement metrics.

At the top of the dashboard, users can view the campaign type, the campaign name, and have the option to select a date range for tracking performance over a specific period.

Below, the dashboard displays four primary campaign metrics:
  1. Total Creators – The number of creators participating in the campaign.
  2. Total Engagements – The total volume of interactions with the campaign’s content.
  3. CPE (Cost per Engagement) – The average cost for each engagement in the campaign.
  4. Total Spent – The total amount already paid to creators for their contributions to the campaign.
The Overview Pie Chart visually represents the status of creator submissions within the campaign’s CRM. The different segments show the percentage of content that is:
  1. Not Started – Creators who have been added to the campaign and received an invitation but have not yet registered on the Creator Side or accepted the invitation, OR creators who have registered but have not submitted content for review.
  2. Unreviewed – Creators who have uploaded content, but it has not yet been reviewed, meaning no feedback has been given, and it has not been approved or rejected.
  3. Rejected – Content that did not meet brand requirements.
  4. Approved – Content that has been accepted by the brand.
  5. URL Uploaded – Approved content that has been published on the selected platforms.
Additionally, users can filter by platform, selecting between Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or all platforms combined. Since PPP/UGC campaigns allow brands to define content type and distribution channels (e.g., Instagram posts, reels, YouTube videos), this feature helps brands track campaign performance across different platforms.

On the right side of the dashboard, the Activity Panel provides key campaign status updates:
  1. Time Elapsed (days) – The number of days since the campaign started and the number of days remaining until the campaign deadline set during creation.
  2. Budget – The allocated budget for the campaign.
  3. Creators Accepted – The number of creators who have accepted the invitation, registered on the Creator Side, and started working on content.
  4. Contracts Completed – The number of approved posts that have been uploaded and are either awaiting payment or have already been paid.
