Campaigns Overview

Overview:

In Campaigns, users will be able to set up a list of campaigns and break them into individual jobs for a list of creators. Further, Users will be able to view all active and inactive campaigns along with their budget, creators list and status of the campaign

When users create a campaign, they will be able to see them on the campaigns page. This will give you an overall view of the campaign such as:

  • Campaign Name
  • Campaign Type
  • Budget
  • Total Number of Creators Added to the Campaign
  • Total Number of Posts Added to the Campaign
  • Status
  • Campaign Link

When users click the pencil icon next to the selected campaign they can edit or update any details of the campaign.

When users click the campaign name they will be able to view all the jobs published within the campaign

When users click a job name within the campaign they will be able to view all the creators who have accepted & started working on that job.

Users can use the search bar in the top right-hand corner of the page to search campaigns with ease

Create Campaign:

To create a campaign, click on “+ “ icon on top of the page, After this please give a name to your campaign.

Next, You’ll be able to set up campaigns based on your payment structures for the campaign.

  • Pay Per Post - Select this, when you are planning to pay the creators per post.
  • User Generated Content - Select this, when you are paying people outside of your organization to have content made for your social and marketing channels.
  • Performance Based: Select this, when you want to pay creators based on results, such as conversions, leads, or sales generated through their referral link.

Pay per Post and UGC campaign:

1. Name Your Campaign - Enter a unique name for your campaign in the Campaign Name field. This will help you identify the campaign easily later.

2. Select Your Location - Choose the target location(s) for your campaign. Use the Add Location field to search for and add specific countries or regions where your campaign will run.

3. Set Your Budget - Enter the total budget for your campaign in the Budget field.
      •   Note that this is the total budget for the entire campaign, not per post or per creator.
      •   Use the currency dropdown to select your preferred currency.

4. Verify Your Website - Enter your website URL in the Verify Your Website field. This helps creators understand the brand and its mission.

5. Select Assets (Optional) - If your campaign requires specific creative assets (e.g., images, videos, or guidelines), you can upload them here by clicking Choose Assets.
      •   This step is optional but recommended for a smoother collaboration with creators.

6. Continue to Contract Creation - Once you’ve filled in all the details, click Continue.

Performance Based Campaign:

1. Choose Campaign Sub-Type:
      •   E-commerce: Use this if your campaign is focused on driving online sales by integrating product catalogs and e-commerce platforms.
      •   Affiliate: Use this if your campaign is focused on expanding reach through partnerships and referral programs.

2. Name Your Campaign - Enter a name for your campaign in the Campaign Name field to easily identify it later.

3. Integrations
  • Set up necessary integrations to track performance effectively:
    • Pixel Integrations: Ensure tracking for conversions and campaign performance. (Available only for Affiliate campaigns.)
    • Payment Integrations: Set up payment systems for creator payouts. (Required for both E-commerce and Affiliate campaigns.)
    • E-commerce Integrations: Connect your e-commerce store for seamless catalog integration. (Available only for E-commerce campaigns, includes Shopify, BigCommerce and manually installed pixels to your own shops.)
4. Select Catalog - If you’re running an e-commerce campaign, upload your product catalog here - This allows creators to access the product list and ensures accurate promotion.

5. Referral Links
  • Generate unique referral links for creators. These links will track all traffic and conversions generated by each creator.
6. Set Up Reward and Target Reward
  • Define the reward structure for creators: For example, specify the commission rate or payout per lead/sale.
7. Auto Approval (Optional)
  • Enable auto-approval if you want creators’ performance to be automatically validated based on set criteria.
8. Payouts - Configure the payout terms for creators, including:
      •  Frequency (e.g., weekly, monthly)
      •   Minimum payout threshold.

9. Upload Assets (Optional) - Upload creative assets or guidelines for creators to use in their campaigns.

After that you will need to create a job to finish completing the campaign set-up.

Create Job:

Now that you have the overall campaign created, you will need to assign jobs for the creators.

For creating a job you would need :
  • Job Name
  • Select a Category - This indicates the type of content you want your creator partners to be known for or touch on
  • Channel/ Post Type - Choose the channel and post type for creators to post on their respective accounts.
  • Job budget - This is how much you are offering per-creator for the job you are asking
  • Job Due Date - This date can be flexible or something very static, but gives creators a timeline so they can be confident to get the work to you on time.

User will be able to review the job they have created in the campaign and finish the campaign setup by clicking on “create” in the end

After creating your campaign, you can use the discovery tool to search for creators and add them to your campaign. You can also import an excel sheet of creators selected for your campaign directly using the CRM tool.

You can set up multiple campaigns when you need to give different types of jobs to the creators or have jobs set for various social platforms.

  • Influencer Profile: Explore detailed information about individual influencers, including their content and audience analytics.
  • Lists Tab: Access creators lists for your campaign based n our discovery.
  • Discovery Search: Source Creators based on the influencer or audience demographs.
