Chat : Communicating with Brands

Staying connected with brands is essential when it comes to completing a campaign successfully. At Lolly, we've made it easier for you to get in touch with your brand by providing a chat section where you can connect with them instantly. 


In the chat section, you have the option to communicate with brands via messages or emails. You can also send attachments and files directly through Lolly with just a click of a button. 


The Chat section consists of two parts: Emails and Messages. 
  1. Use the Emails tab to send messages directly to the brand's email. Make sure to connect your email account to use this feature
  1. Use the Messages tab to communicate directly on the Lolly web-app
To navigate, click on the brand's name to open your chat. You can simply enter your message or email and send it. You can also click the attachment icon to send files and content directly to a brand. The document icon allows you to view and search through all the attached files in the chat.

Respondents will be automatically notified when they receive a message or email from you. You can filter unread, pin, and flag messages for better organisation. Additionally, you will receive a notification when you have a new message or email. 


If you ever have any questions, click the question mark icon at the top right of your screen, and our support team will be happy to assist you.
