CRM Overview

Overview

Most of what you’ll be doing to manage your campaigns will be taking place in the “Messaging” tab on the left side. So let’s go over what everything is and how it’ll help you to keep track of all you need to do for a successful campaign!

CRM Header Overview

  1. Campaign Selection - When you open the Messaging page, you’ll see a dropdown box at the top for Campaigns. If you’re brand new and haven’t created any campaigns yet, this drop down will be empty. However, if you have active campaigns created, you’ll be able to select the one you want to work on here. Each campaign might have its own creators associated with it, so this helps you manage them all.
  2. Add Influencers (+) - Easily add lists of creators to your campaign
  3. Inbox - When clicking on Inbox, a window displaying conversations with influencers will open. However, only initiated conversations will be shown. Conversations can be initiated, for example, through the "Creator Added" sequence, where an automated email is sent to an influencer upon their addition to a campaign.
  4. Sequence - Follow this button to create a new email sequence for your automation

In the top center of the page you’ll see a few filters:
  1. In Campaign - This is the default and it’s showing who are in the campaign, or those who potentially might be
  2. Removed - Self explanatory, but means who you have taken off the campaign for any reason
  3. All - A combination of both active and removed creators

CRM Stages Overview

NoteThese stages open while you're managing Pay Per Post / UGC campaigns.

Note - These stages open while you're managing Performance Based campaigns.

We have defined columns for every step of your campaign with a creator:
  1. Prospect - You’ve added someone to the campaign and made initial contact to see if they’d be a good fit and see if they’re interested in working with you.
  2. Sent - You have sent the first communication to the creator, typically introducing the opportunity and outlining the campaign's basics.
  3. Replied - You are in communication, working out details like payment, SOW, timelines, contracting, etc.
  4. Content Review - They are contracted and have submitted a draft of their content for you to approve or as for revisions.
  5. Accepted - The creator has accepted the contract invitation and has started working with your affiliate link, earning a commission for purchases made through it. (for Performance Based campaigns)
  6. Completion - The content has gone live, you've collected data to assess its performance.
  7. Payout in Progress - This status is specific to Performance Based campaigns and indicates that the first payment has been successfully made to the creator.

Send Emails to Creators at Any Stage

You can send emails to selected creators at any stage of the campaign.

  1. Select creators within a specific stage.
  2. Click the "Send Email" button at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Choose the email account from which the message will be sent. (Each integrated email account has a sending limit of 100 emails per 24 hours.)
  4. Customize the email content, add attachments, and use variables as needed before sending.

This feature allows for seamless communication and efficient campaign management.
