Earnings: Getting Paid

As a creator, receiving payments from brands can be a complicated process. From security to currency and speed issues, it can be a daunting task to handle. However, with Lolly, the process is completely automated, making it quick and hassle-free for both the creators and brands. 


At Lolly, we use Stripe, a trusted payment platform that provides world-class security to our users. Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1, which means it meets the highest level of certification available in the payments industry. 




To input your billing information after signing up, click on the blue ‘Billing Details’ button at the top of the ‘Earnings’ tab. From there, select ‘Add Bank Account’ in Billing Details, and you will be automatically redirected to Stripe. You can then input your preferred payment method (Bank account/ Debit card) in Stripe, making the whole process simple and fast. 


 

Lolly pays creators using three different payment structures, depending on the campaign:

  • Pay Per Post is a fixed amount paid to a creator in exchange for posting content 

  • Performance Based Pay varies based on the performance of the post, sales made, product clicks, or sign-ups initiated 

  • User Generated Content is a fixed amount paid to a creator in exchange for content, without the requirement to post on their platform. 


To check your payment status, head over to the ‘Earnings’ tab. Here, you can see all your ongoing and completed job offers, along with their name, budget, channel, job status, payment mode, amount, and payment status. Use the Payment Status feature to track your payment. Once your payment is processed, you will automatically be notified, and the payment will be deposited directly into your connected Stripe bank account. You can even download an invoice for a particular job after the payment has been made.
