Overview

Triggers in the CRM system are essential tools for automating interactions and managing campaigns effectively. Each trigger serves a specific purpose in facilitating communication and tracking progress within campaigns. Here’s a detailed explanation of each trigger with practical examples.

Creator Added

This trigger is activated when a creator is added to a campaign. It automatically sends an email to the creator, introducing the campaign and inviting them to participate.
Note: If influencers are already added to the campaign, the email will not be sent. To trigger the email, either remove the influencers from the campaign and add them again or add new influencers.

Example: An email is sent to the creator with the subject: "Join Our New Campaign!" and content like, "Hi {{first_name}}, we’re thrilled to invite you to collaborate with {{company}}. Here’s the campaign brief: {{job_description}}. Click here {{invitation_link}} to get started."

Creator Replied

This trigger activates when a creator responds to the initial outreach. While the content of their response may vary, the system sends a follow-up email thanking them for their reply and outlining the next steps.

Example: An email with the subject: "Thanks for Your Response!" could include content like, "Hi {{first_name}}, thank you for getting back to us! Our team will review your response and reach out within 48 hours to finalize the details."

Comment sent By Brand

Comment Sent by Brand: When you have agreed on all content creation terms with an influencer, they have registered through the provided link on our Creator Side, and uploaded their first piece of content for review, you can leave comments or feedback. This trigger is activated when a brand provides feedback on a creator's uploaded content, sending a notification email to the creator. The email includes the brand's comments or requested revisions, ensuring clear communication and an efficient content review process.

Example: An email with the subject: "Feedback on Your Submission" might include, "Hi {{first_name}}, we’ve reviewed your content for our campaign and have left some feedback for you. Please check the details and make the necessary updates. You can view the feedback and respond by clicking here: {{invitation_link}}."

Content approved

This trigger activates once the brand has approved the uploaded content. It sends a confirmation email to the creator, letting them know the content is approved and can be published on their social media channels or other agreed platforms.

Example: An email with the subject: "Your Content Has Been Approved!" could say, "Hi {{first_name}}, great news! Your content for our campaign has been approved. You can now publish it on your channels. Let us know if you need any assistance."

Content rejected

This trigger is activated when a brand decides that the submitted content does not meet the campaign’s requirements and requests changes. It does not remove the creator from the campaign but serves as a notification that revisions are needed. The creator can delete the rejected content and upload a new version for review.

Example: An email with the subject: "Content Revision Needed – Please Update Your Submission" might include: "Hi {{first_name}}, we’ve reviewed your content for our campaign and, unfortunately, it does not meet the campaign’s requirements at this time. Please review our feedback and make the necessary changes. You can delete the rejected content and upload a revised version for consideration."

URL Uploaded by Brand

This trigger is activated when the brand uploads the URL of a published post directly to the Lolly platform under the creator’s profile. This ensures that the system accurately tracks the campaign’s progress and marks the content as live. The creator receives a notification confirming that their content status has been updated.

Example: An email with the subject: "Your Content Has Been Marked as Live!" might include: "Hi {{first_name}}, your content for {{campaign_name}} has been marked as live in our system. The campaign is now moving to the next stage, and you can view the update on your dashboard. Click here to check the status of your campaign: {{invitation_link}}"

URL Uploaded by Creator

When a creator uploads the URL of their published post, this trigger sends a confirmation email to the creator, thanking them for their submission and confirming receipt.

Example: An email with the subject: "Your Post Has Been Received" might include, "Hi {{first_name}}, thank you for uploading the post for our campaign. We’ve received your submission and will review it shortly."

Payout Completed

This trigger is activated when the first payment to the creator has been successfully processed, marking the financial milestone of the campaign. It applies to both Performance-Based and Pay Per Post campaigns, ensuring that creators are notified once their payment has been issued.

Example: An email with the subject: "Your Payment Has Been Processed!" might include, "Hi {{first_name}}, great news! Your payment for our campaign has been successfully processed. You should receive the funds within 3-5 business days, depending on your selected payment method."

Templates

You can also use templates for different types of triggers, ensuring that your communication is streamlined and consistent across all automated emails. These templates are pre-configured with dynamic variables, such as {{first_name}}, {{invitation_link}} etc., allowing each email to be personalized for the recipient. This makes it easier to maintain a professional tone while automating essential campaign interactions, whether for creator invitations, content feedback, payment confirmations, or other key updates.
