Account settings are where you’ll find and manage all the details of your plan and team. You can set up your team to have access to the software, manage security and passwords, track usage and make changes to your plan and view your payment details and history.
To access your Account settings, click on your profile picture at the top right, and then navigate to settings in the drop down.
You’ll initially be brought to “My Profile”. On this page you’ll be able to manage your brand name, edit your email address and phone number by clicking edit on the right.
You’ll also be able to change your password by clicking on “Change Password.” In order to make the change, you’ll need to know the old password, then select and repeat the new one. The password will need:
After you’ve made the changes, click save.
Under Team, you’ll have the option to add 5 members to your plan and assign Admin or Standard designations to each user. You’ll also be able to remove a team member here.
Click on “Update” to save the changes you’ve made, or X out to cancel.
Under the Integrations column, you’ll be able to sync Outlook emails to the account in order to be able to do outreach through the platform and most effectively use lolly for your communication and CRM. You’ll also be able to choose a default email address in this stage.
When you click on Link Mailbox, you’ll be given two choices, Gmail or Outlook. As we await imminent approval from Google, Outlook is the functioning email platform for now.
Click on Outlook, then choose the account you want to link. Enter the password and “Sign In” and that email will have been added and synced to the platform.
You’ll be able to see when a user was last synced on the main Integrations page. In order to make an email the default email or unsync an email, click on the three vertical dots on the right of the user’s row and make the selection for the action you’re working on.
The Manage Plan column gives you a breakdown of the status of your plan. In it you’ll be able to see:
